Operation Recon Nature - Free Guided Hikes for Veterans and Active Military
Operation Recon Nature is bringing more HOOAH! to Wehr Nature Center! All Veterans from all branches of service - Active Duty, Reserve, and Retired personnel and their families are invited to attend. For approximately 1 – 1.5 hours, we follow trails at Wehr Nature Center on experiential hikes, stretching our legs, observing seasonal nature happenings, and diverting our attention from the current day–to–day slog. Spending time in nature is proven to relax and restore our minds. We will continue to follow a monthly themed experience in Wehr Nature Center’s woodland, wetland, savanna, and prairie. Cost = Free
Registration is required. Contact Holly W. with questions email@example.com
