Birding Beyond the Feeder

Wondering what bird is at your feeder or how to tell those warblers apart? Is that a hawk…or a crow? We will start inside learning basic bird identification: using shape, color, field marks, and more to figure out what you are seeing! Binocular use and field guide information will also be covered. Use what you have learned as we check out the beginning of migration outside. For registered eager early risers, there will be a pre-class hike at 7:00 am!
