Bumble Bees of Your Backyard Hike

Did you know that Wisconsin is home to 20 different species of bumble bees?  Join an expert and go on a hike to see which bumble bees might be visiting your backyard and learn about what bumble bee conservation efforts are going on at Wehr Nature Center and Milwaukee County Parks. 

We will be meeting outside in front of the building before we hike the trails.  Naturalist will e-mail a set of YouTube videos if you would like to learn how to submit data to the Wisconsin DNR’s Bumble Bee Brigade, a community science project.
