The outbreak of coronavirus is undoubtedly stressful for us in many different ways. Lack of stability, fear, and anxiety may feel overwhelming and cause strong emotions in adults and children. Coping with stress will make you, the people you care about and your community stronger. Taking care of yourself can help you cope with stress. Come to this mindful zoom meeting with a pad of paper and pen, a raisin or other small piece of food to practice strategies that help manage stress associated with uncertain times.
