The need for nature has never been greater. During these challenging times, we can all enjoy the physical and mental health benefits while maintaining physical distancing.

Wehr's fall calendar is normally packed with programs, events, and fundraisers that are essential for the financial well-being of the Nature Center. Your support now is critical.

Three week fundraising challenge that has something for everyone. You decide the level of participation that best suits you.

Join supporters near and far in our first ever Virtual Walk. We'll provide a menu of fun challenges and nature activities to accompany your experience at Wehr or any nearby nature.

Who

Nature-lovers of all ages and abilities are welcome! This is a great way to come together (virtually, of course) to show support for Wehr Nature Center.

If your family has enjoyed Wehr's fall events, like Bug Day and Cider Sunday, you don't want to miss the fun stuff sprinkled in each week.

*The Wehr’s visitor center is closed, but trails have remained open. An accessible porta-potty has been added next to the parking pay station. Please use at your own risk. Get your trail map here. Your nearby nature space could be your backyard or neighborhood. Check out Milwaukee County’s Find a Park to see what green space might be in walking distance from your home.
